RBP Function and Mechanism Data Package Purchasing Terms of Agreement

 

Thank you for your interest in our RBP function and mechanism data package products (the “Products”)! By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.

1. ABLife Inc. shall send to the Recipient’s Principal Investigator the data and biological materials of the Products and provide technical support regarding the handling of the Products before and after the delivery.

2. The recipient shall use the products only for the purpose of scientific research.

3. The recipient shall not use the Products for diagnoses or treatment of human subjects.

4. The recipient shall not distribute, resell or otherwise dispose of the data and biological materials of the Products to any third party without written consent from ABLife.

5. ABLife hereby grants to the Recipient an exclusive license under its intellectual property rights to use the Products for the purpose of scientific research, teaching, publication, and/or filing patent applications.

6. The Recipient agrees that any original data from the Products shall not be modified in publication.

7. The Recipient agrees that any publication containing the data from the Products shall acknowledge ABLife as have made the data available.

8. The Recipient agrees that any handling of the Products shall be conducted in accordance with any applicable laws, regulation and guidelines within academic communities.
